At Balgowan Beef, we take great care to ensure that every cut of meat leaving our farm is of the highest quality. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept any returns once your order has been delivered.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.

  • We may request photographs or additional information to help us assess the issue.
